THAT clause 2 be amended to read:
"AND THAT the application for a Minor Exception Permit to the By-law 2204/20 at PLAN 1407 LOT 3 PT LOTS 2 AND 4 RP 18R7797 PART 1 (George Street), Dunnville be approved with permit conditions as described in Option 2 of Report FPC-01-2025."
