Please note: The Mayor and Members of Council will be participating electronically in this meeting. As public facilities are closed during this declared emergency, delegations will not be permitted to appear at the meeting. Written submissions regarding any agenda items may be e-mailed to clerk@haldimandcounty.on.ca prior to the start of the meeting.

To waive certain aspects of the Procedural By-law for the purposes of conducting all business through a Special Council meeting due to the COVID-19 declared emergency.

Please note: Public meetings will be called to order and each application will be introduced by staff, written submissions from the public will be read out and voicemails received will be played. Questions can be posed and clarification will be provided by staff. Once this has been completed for each application listed, the public meeting portion will be adjourned to reconvene at 1:00 p.m. Members of the public who listen to the meeting online may submit written comments via e-mail to clerk@haldimandcounty.on.ca or leave a voicemail pertaining to any of the applications by 11:30 a.m. At 1:00 p.m., each public meeting will be reconvened to provide any subsequent submissions received from the public or additional information provided by the proponent or staff. Once all input has been provided, deliberation will take place.
